FacetWin
Licenses may be shared within one company across local and wide
area networks.
Annual FacetWin
maintenance / upgrades will allow the customer to automatically
receive major FacetWin software updates for one year.
This maintenance must be purchased within 30 days of the order
for software license(s), and must be for the total number of
users licensed by the customer to use FacetWin. The
renewal date for this maintenance will be 1 year from the date
the original license(s) was ordered. These updates will be
sent via mail (one copy per customer per update), and will be
provided on CD-ROM media. If the customer buying annual
maintenance / upgrades requires different media for these
updates, there will be an additional annual charge of $25.00 for
3.5 inch disk, or $80.00 for tape
Annual maintenance for
add-on license orders will be prorated to coincide with the
renewal date for the initial license / maintenance order.
The FacetWin
software includes full on-line documentation.
Each customer may receive one copy of the FacetWin manual
when ordering a license. Additional
manuals may be purchased for $20.00 each plus shipping charges.
Shipping Charges.
A $10.00 charge is added to each order to cover shipping charges
incurred by Software Enterprises, Inc. from its'
vendor and when shipping the license and FacetWin
manual.
