GoldMine® 6.7 Standard and Corporate Edition

GoldMine® 6.7 Corporate Edition is a FrontRange’s Microsoft SQL Server based GoldMine product. GoldMine 6.7 Standard Edition is the dBase version.  GoldMine® 6.7 contains several key new features.

Current Release: GoldMine Corporate Edition Version 6.7 GoldMine 6.7 includes the following new features:   Improved API integration - Integrate GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 with third-party applications you rely on to do your job more efficiently. GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 is now compatible with all COM capable development tools and third-party applications, including .NET and XML. Integration lets you provide users with a complete view of all customer information, all in GoldMine.   Advanced Palm™ Integration- Boost your mobile productivity with enhanced integration for Palm OS ®, the Palm operating system, increased security and more control over which activities you synch to your Palm device. GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 now supports new devices using Palm OS 5.0 and higher, from traditional PDAs to smartphones such as the Treo 600, running on Palm OS.   Enhanced Recording Typing- Create specific views, fields and rules for different types of contacts or records, and search and filter on different record types to easily access the information you need.   Query by Example- Unleash the power of your GoldMine data. Query and display the information you need, when you need it. The new GoldMine Lookup Wizard is a centralized search tool that helps you build SQL query strings to locate specific records and contact information across the GoldMine applications so you can quickly get the information you need to manage your business.   SMS Messaging- Stay in touch with customers by using our new text messaging capability. Send text messages directly from GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 to any contact's cell phone that accepts text messaging.   Softphone Support- Reduce your telephone expenses by using the Internet to make and receive calls with SoftPhone integration. With our new SoftPhone Support, you can direct dial the numbers stored in GoldMine, receive calls with caller ID for more effective call management and forward calls to other GoldMine users or phone numbers stored in GoldMine.   Integration with IP Contact Center- Now provide your team seamless access to your customer and prospect information in GoldMine, as well as streamline your workflow. GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.7 integrates with FrontRange Solutions' new IP Contact Center, so you can increase customer satisfaction and staff productivity, and lower your costs.
